Not an exciting week………………………………………….

As always, first the chronology:

10/26/25 – Sunday – Up around 8AM. Cleaned up and everyone went to church. Home, lunch and a quick nap. Stan and I went over to Gary’s for the afternoon get together. Home and hitched up Stan’s trike to his car and got him ready to leave in the morning. Then over to Cattleman’s for dinner. Home and usual evening routine.

10/27/25 – Monday – Up at 6AM, cleaned up and off to work. Did the handicap entrance from 8AM to almost 1PM. Then a quick stop at Country Mart for some things. Home and a late lunch. A nap, up for dinner and usual evening routine.

10/28/25 – Tuesday – Up around 7:30AM. Breakfast, dressed and out for a hair cut at 9AM. Home around 10. Kathy was out for a dentist appointment. Waited for her to come home and had lunch. A nap then down for computer work till dinner. Usual evening routine.

10/29/25 – Wednesday – Up at 6AM and off to work. Did the handicap entrance again from 8AM to around 4PM. Home and laid down awhile. Up for dinner and usual evening routine.

10/30/25 – Thursday – Up at 6AM and off to work. Worked the door to the main Circuit Court Clerks office from 7:30AM to 4PM. Home, a short nap, dinner and usual evening routine.

10/31/25 – Friday – Up at 7:30AM. Cleaned up and out for a orthopedic doctor’s appointment at 10:15. Got a shot in my left knee and home. Had lunch then an extended nap. We couldn’t decide on dinner so we went out for Mexican food. Stopped at Country Mart for some things. Home and had some ice cream for desert. Some chores and usual evening routine.

11/1/25 – Saturday – Awake around 7:30 but stayed in bed and did my exercises till Kathy woke up around 9AM. Then did my first of the month chores around the house. Had a late lunch then a nap. Up and did some cleaning up in the kitchen then dinner. Usual evening routine.

Now the particulars:

Had a great time with Stan. He was suppose to get up and say goodbye on Monday but that didn’t happen and I couldn’t wait around for him. We got a text tonight that he finally made it to Florida after a couple stops. 77 degrees down there and sunny.

I worked a half day Monday for Family court then a full day Wednesday and Thursday. Tuesday I had my hair cut and Friday I went to the orthopedic doctor.

I have been having issues with my left leg. It seemed like I couldn’t stand on it when I first get up from sitting. But it only happened part of the time and I have not been able to figure out the differences. So Friday and went to the Orthopedic doctor and he gave me a shot in my left knee. It seems to have helped a little but am still having the problem. I find when I stand and stretch backward I am able to walk with less pain. I have an appointment with the Pain and Spine Management lady on Monday the 10th and hopefully she will guide me in the right direction.

Other than that not a lot happening. With the weather getting cooler there is no yard work to do. So it boils down to things inside. Kathy has some pictures to put in books that she is keeping and I have been working on keeping up with my CW skills. But it still leaves a lot of time for napping which is probably not good.
