A busy week but I’m going to keep it short………

As always, first the chronology:

4/2/23 – Sunday – Up at the usual time.  Cleaned up and out to church with Kathy.  Home and had lunch.  Down to do the blog then out to Gary’s for the Sunday afternoon get together.  Home, picked up Kathy and over to Cattleman’s for dinner.  Home and usual evening routine.

4/3/23 – Monday – Up at the usual time.  Chores around the house and a quick snack for lunch.  Then out to PT at 12:30.  Home and a nap.  Up and some computer work.  Up for dinner then the usual evening routine.

4/4/23 – Tuesday – Up a little late today.  Exercises and 30 minutes on the treadmill.  Checked on my friend in central PA then had lunch.  Got dressed and outside to measure things out back to order replacement coax.  Then fixed the long wire antenna out front.  Ran the portable generator for awhile and looked at the chain on the chain saw.  Came inside and order some parts.  Played radio and practiced my CW.  Had dinner.  Usual evening routine.

4/5/23 – Wednesday – Up a little late again today.  Exercises, cleaned up and out to Lowes for a box fan and some chain saw chains.  Home and lunch.  Down to the shack and looked at things relative to a Libre computer.  Dinner and usual evening routine.

4/6/23 – Thursday – Up a little early this morning.  Out to get my hair cut.  Home and did my exercises and 30 minutes on the treadmill.  Had lunch then cleaned up and out to PT at 2PM.  Got back about 4PM and copied code for 20 minutes.  A short nap then dinner.  Out to Church.  Home and usual evening routine.

4/7/23 – Friday – Up at the usual time.  Kathy was out so I went downstairs to shut things down and replace the batteries in the UPS that keeps my modem, router and other things running.  Upstairs for a bite of lunch, cleaned up and out for PT at 12:30.  Home and measured and put connectors on the coax I order to replace the coax Kathy ran over with the mower and chopped up.  Kathy came home and I helped her unload the car.  Back downstairs and checked out batteries till I found out the charger/eliminator I was using was bad.  Upstairs for dinner then out to church.  Home and usual evening routine.

4/8/23 – Saturday – Up at the usual time.  Exercises, dressed and out to work on the yard.  Broke a tensioner spring on the mower deck but fortunately had a spare.  Kathy came out and helped.  She also brought me lunch.   Finished up around 2:30 or 3:00PM.  Inside to rest a little, then a shower.  Had dinner then dressed and out to church.  Home and usual evening routine.

Now the specifics:

I hate to start on the yard work and not do it all. Well Monday Kathy decided she was going to mow and it was late in the day. So she mowed the section where the house is, ran over the coax to my antenna in the back cutting it up and then stopped. So nothing was trimmed or cleaned up and the place looked like a half ass job. Not even an I’m sorry for cutting the coax. Yea, the week did not start good. Tuesday I ordered replacement coax and connectors to the tune of $350. Just another bullshit stunt on her part.

Saturday I got out to finish things up. She came out and did her thing picking up sticks and putting them on the burn pile. And that never gets burned. I broke a tensioner spring on the mower deck and had to take time to fix that. Still didn’t take too long to clean things up.

Got the replacement coax in on Thursday so Friday I re-ran that cable. Antenna is OK now.

Friday she was out and about. Told me she was going grocery shopping for Easter as everyone was coming over here. Julie called and asked if I wanted to go to the RecBar for lunch as she and the kids were going. I was in the middle of replacing the batteries in the UPS and had to go to PT. But Kathy went.

PT is going good I guess. As always I’m inpatient. But I’m doing what they tell me to do and sticking with it.

Went to a lot of church services this week as it was holy week. We had service Thursday, Friday, Saturday evenings and or course Sunday morning.

I know that was short but other than tell you how pissed off I was all week I thought I’d give you a break and just make it short.
